Finding Comfort When the World Feels Hopeless

Our current reality feels like tragedy after tragedy, how do we keep on living when we are constantly in fear of danger? It's no easy task, especially when we are getting retriggered time and time again. We discuss the physiological impacts of news stories and media, as well as some ways to take our power back and self-soothe.
