I catch up in this episode sharing how my last few months have been while navigating an evolving life. Traveling and playing festivals is exciting, but it's still very new to me and the person I am still becoming. I share some of my deepest and most vulnerable thoughts about how I've been experiencing a lot of the same feelings that come when we are grieving. And essentially, shedding our old skin is something worth grieving, especially when that part of us took care and made sure we stayed alive. I'm learning how to find grace in the grief and look at my transformation from a place of empowerment rather than fear. It's all a journey, and we go deep in this episode!
