Sometimes this suffering happens to be severely intense, more so than the usual chaos of the world. When we are dealing with trauma and its effects, we must vow to be delicate, compassionate, and patient in order to process these experiences in an appropriate way. In this episode, we contemplate what trauma is, how it occurs, and its impact in our day-to-day life. Once we arrive at a safe place to process this trauma, we may then go on to contemplate creating meaning in our narrative and how to integrate this experience into our lives.
